If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on this site, you must email us at email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your name, order number, item/s you wish to return and the reason for the return to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be returned in the original condition in which they were received with all labels and tags attached.
If you have an incorrect size and would like to exchange it for another size, please specify the size you require. Subject to inspection of the returned item and availability of the requested size, the new item will be sent to you. If the size you require is not available, we will provide you with the option to select an alternative item or receive a refund. No additional handling and delivery charges will apply if you choose another size or select an alternative item.
If you have a faulty item, please specify the fault. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or become faulty within a reasonable period and this is at the discretion of Sedgwick's Boutique to determine. Please note, items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Subject to inspection of the returned item, we will provide you with the option for the item to be replaced, to select an alternative item or receive a refund. No additional handling and delivery charges will apply if you choose for the item to be replaced or select an alternative item. If you choose to receive a refund, the original handling and delivery charges will not be refunded.
SALE items cannot be returned, with exceptions for faulty merchandise.
Returns must be sent by registered post.
Sedgwick's Boutique is not responsible for return shipping costs or for the loss of items being returned to us. Please enclose your purchased item, original receipt and include your RAN where indicated (on receipt) and post to:

Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for a replacement to be received or your account to be credited. This policy applies only to items purchased from Sedgwick's Boutique on this site.
We have the right to deny a return if the item returned does not meet our policy requirements.
Items returned without a RAN or outside the specified return period will not be accepted.
Exchanges may also be made at Sedgwick's Boutique within 14 days of purchase. The item/s nominated for exchange must be returned in the original condition in which they were received with all labels and tags attached and accompanied with the online order confirmation / tax invoice.
LAY BY Conditions: Sedgwick's Boutique offer a no service fee hold for items chosen by customers. The item is kept on the premises until it is paid in full. Instalments should be paid regularly. If the customer wishes to cancel the layby Sedgwick's Boutique will charge a termination fee of $50. This will cover part of the cost of not being able to sell it in the time it has been on layby for customer.
