Shipping & Delivery Policy
Australian Deliveries
Sedgwick's preferred method of delivery is using Parcel Post (Australia Post), but it reserves the right to choose an alternative carrier if required.
We are delighted to offer free postage for up to 3-7 business day delivery to all major metro areas and capital cities if your order is placed before 3pm AEST.
- If your order is placed after 3pm AEST, it will be dispatched the next business day.
- If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- If an order is placed on a public holiday it will be dispatched the next working day.
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which you can track in order to monitor the progress of your delivery. Your order will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post or other chosen courier.
We recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If no one is at your chosen shipping address when delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you which will specify instructions for the collection of your parcel.
A re-delivery charge of $20.00 will apply if you are not present for the original delivery.
International Deliveries
Sedgwick's delivers all international orders using Express Post International (Australia Post), but it reserves the right to choose an alternative carrier if required.
Once you have selected your item/s postage charges will be calculated automatically for your region and the cost will be added to your shopping cart. Please allow approximately 10-20 business days, depending upon your location.
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which you can use in order to monitor the progress of your delivery.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond the specified delivery time frame.
Sedgwick's cannot be held responsible for any duties, taxes and other fees which may apply to the country of delivery. The responsibility for any duties, taxes and other fees rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs agent or office regarding any information relating to all taxes and duties.
